Personalized Custom Request Form:

Thank you for choosing De’Ja Renee LLC to complete your customized order. Please carefully read the following before submitting your custom order form:

 

Order Fulfillment:

All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery (can be 6 weeks due to other projects I i am booked for). Price & Handcrafted Quality:

My customs range from $280-$1500, the more detail and complex the design is, the more the cost will be overall. (overall price includes me providing the sneakers and shipping) Each item from De’Ja Renee LLC is meticulously handcrafted by a single artisan. I take pride in the quality and uniqueness in each piece.

 

Order Process:

Once order form is submitted, I will contact you using the provided contact details to discuss your custom request.

 

Design Finalisation:

Once design request is finalized, a quote will be provided followed by payment options. Payment plan options are available. (Payment plans will start once 50% of the payment is recieved. Order must be payed in full before item is shipped out.)

Upon payment, you will recieve a confirmation email.

 

Refund Policy:

Please note that all sales are final.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
