Understanding you're purchase,
this questionnaire template is here to ensure no ones time gets taken for granted, and you order is being fur filled properly.
There will be an email/text sent out that includes everything needed to start the process. Please make sure check your email/text periodically to fur fill the order properly.

-----How it works!-----
After an order is placed, I will reach out to you within 24 hours with our Customization Template. This template will give me a good idea of what direction you are thinking for your shoe. After this has been filled out, and returned It takes about 24 hours for me to send out the proof of the shoe design. This would be the time to make any changes! If changes are required, then I would send out an updated proof. Otherwise I would begin production!
This ensures the shoes will be hand-painted with the colors/characters of your choice. We have also included a few add-ons you can include to ensure we fill all your desired needs.
Once this step is completed, you will be sent an invoice which will began the process to making your custom hand-painted shoes. The invoice will include all materials used. Once this payment is processed, I will send out email/text updates of the overall process.
Things to be aware of:
We do have customers provide all details of shoe size, design requirements, and where it will be shipped to. As these custom shoes are not available for return/refund.
These shoes do take about two weeks in production after the shoe has arrived and designs are approved. The first week for the proof, and after proof approval the second week for production before shipping.

* Leather Preparer (If shoe is leather), Angelus acrylic paint, Acrylic sealant.

* Paint is permanently placed on the shoe. ( NON-REFUNDABLE )
* All designs are hand painted.
* Shoes can be machine washed/dryed. ( NOT RECOMMENDED )
* All shoes are sealed with a protector to ensure your custom artwork is durable and last along with the shoes.
